Students must be employed in a customer-facing role at the time of enrolment. Priority must be given to workers in retail, tourism, transport and logistics, hospitality, cleaning and security industries, and to increase infection control skill levels in sectors such as aged and disability care. Training places for eligible job seekers may be available on application.
